Existen procesos que tienen un mayor riesgo para la organización, son aquellos que actúan como un vínculo entre nuestro sistema de producción y el cliente. La razón principal es que el mercado cambia constantemente porque el cliente se desarrolla y se adapta a lo que llamamos "la nueva normalidad", un hecho que es fundamental para la organización comprender y satisfacer las nuevas necesidades. El cliente debe determinar nuevos procesos de producción para adaptarlos a la nueva realidad del mercado. Esto implica varios factores que deben tenerse en cuenta para enfrentar los nuevos desafíos de la pandemia. A continuación hablaremos de cada uno de ellos:
- Gestión del cambio: replantear el sistema de indicadores para el seguimiento y control de la actividad.
- Aplicación de la tecnología: capacidad de la transformación digital para la aceleración de las actividades dentro de los procesos, afianzando el uso de herramientas tecnológicas y flujos de trabajo que permitan a los departamentos un mayor nivel de coordinación e integración digital entre ellos y sus clientes.
- Recurso humano: promover el trabajo en entornos virtuales colaborativos y la autogestión del desempeño.
- Conocimiento compartido: gestionar nuevos modelos de comunicación virtuales, para garantizar su eficacia y evitar pérdidas de conocimientos tecnológicos.
- Económico: con la automatización de procesos, reducción de tiempos y agilizando la operativa con clientes y proveedores.
