Iniciativa permitirá tener profesionales capacitados en áreas de mantenimiento ferroviario, especialidad que no existe en nuestro país.
Considerando el crecimiento en sistemas ferroviarios en nuestro país, LÍNEA 1 del Metro de Lima se pone a la vanguardia y comienza a capacitar a estudiantes y egresados de escuelas técnicas en el Programa Semillero de Mantenimiento Ferroviario, iniciativa que busca promover el desarrollo de la educación en el país y el fortalecimiento del sector técnico en este nuevo rubro; esta iniciativa forma parte de Vía Educativa, marca que reúne los programas de aprendizaje y desarrollo de LÍNEA 1.
Con una metodología activa y participativa, los integrantes reciben por 7 semanas una capacitación 100% online en una plataforma virtual que son acompañadas de sesiones remotas por un Instructor de LÍNEA 1, quien da seguimiento y retroalimentación en su proceso de aprendizaje. Durante todo el proceso son evaluados mediante casos de estudios. Al culminar, los graduados reciben un certificado de lo aprendido y son parte de la cantera de Técnicos para que cuando se presente alguna oportunidad en LÍNEA 1 puedan ingresar a trabajar en la empresa.
“Iniciamos en setiembre 2020 brindando esta oportunidad a 23 jóvenes de Tecsup, de los cuales 12 están trabajando con nosotros como Técnicos Aprendices. El 5 de mayo iniciamos nuestro 2do semillero con 26 Técnicos de Tecsup, CAPECO y Fundación Pachacútec”, señaló Lorena Trelles, vocera de la empresa.
El programa resalta la importancia del espíritu ferroviario y los valores de mejorar como sistema de transporte y ofrecer un servicio de calidad. En el tema de capacidades, reforzarán la orientación al servicio, responsabilidad y también aprenderán sobre la importancia de la seguridad, prevención de trabajos de alto riesgo, interrelación de los sistemas ferroviarios, reglamentos, descripción de los trenes, gestión del mantenimiento e introducción a los sistemas de mantenimiento ferroviario.
Así comenta Enzo Villegas Sierra quien hoy trabaja en LÍNEA 1 y participó en este semillero: “El haber iniciado mi carrera en el sector ferroviario es una valiosa oportunidad que he tenido como técnico profesional. El mantenimiento ferroviario es un mundo lleno de conocimientos y experiencias donde hay mucho por aprender en el día a día. Formar parte del Semillero fue grato, donde los temas fueron interesantes, dinámicos y didácticos. Al término de esta etapa de mi formación, agradezco a todos quienes hacen posible mi desarrollo profesional sea cada día productivo, cumplir mis metas trazadas y permitirme ser parte de esta gran familia”, resaltó Villegas.
LÍNEA 1 del Metro de Lima es el único sistema de transporte ferroviario de la ciudad compuesto por 26 estaciones en 33 kilómetros de vía férrea. En la época actual traslada más de 250 mil pasajeros por día y se encarga de llevarlos sanos y seguros a sus destinos.
